YES! i meet Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top..at a resturant here in Houston,Texas(he lives near hear)and this was around87-88 and he signed the tape i had of theres...i gave it to him and like 20 min. later when he was done he and his group stopped by and shook me and my friends hands and he chatted like 10 min. then gave me the tape with the autograph and a number to his agent for tickets when they came to town.....backstage passes when they went on tour and came to town...he remember us and everything:) cool dude...

I work for the largest venue around here, so I've been in the same room with lots and lots of famous people. But as far as actually met, as in introduced and shook hands with, a few, but a long time ago. Members of the band Guns n' Roses, Axel Rose and Slash, backstage in Indianapolis; the members of the band The Guess Who, at an autograph show; and members of the bands Ratt and Bon Jovi (but not him), also backstage. A co-worker and I had a chat with the band members from Creed, more recently, but we didn't actually 'meet'.

Yes, I got to party with Grand Funk. It was at a birth-day
party back in 1979. The party was at a farmhouse in Birtch Run, Mi. Alot of the people there didn't know who the band was. Mark Farner is really cool, and parties hardy.

mm dont know if they are rock stars but i took my 17 yr old son to see Ever More and we met them off stage and took photos...have a look if you like...it was fun and im glad my son had this experience.hmm im sure how to post a photo on here...

Actually, many! I used to be the supervisor in charge of security at a Int'l airport. They never impressed me! But, meeting George Carlin was a BLAST!!!!

no but my sister was asked out by the drummer of the band Chicago when she worked as a barmaid at the airport bar back in the late 70s., so she said.

if you call lisa from The Veronicas a rock star, then yea . but i highly doubt it, the band is pretty poppy.
