If you think you are going to sleep, you are SADLY mistaken. Acid is usually cut with some kind of speed. Even if you get to sleep before it kicks in, you are going to wake up. So stay up and enjoy the trip!

Acid (LSD) will not assist you in having lucid dreams, as it will *not* help you to realize you are dreaming when you are in the sleep state. I know this from some knowledge of LSD as well as some personal experience ;)

If you want to experience lucid dreaming, your best bet is to pick up a relevant book and go through the practice exercises. Many people look at lucid dreaming as nonsense, but I have successfully done so for many years now, and it can be a lot of fun.

I would recommend any of Stephen LaBerge's books, though I think the best is "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming."

Good luck, I hope this is helpful for you.

You won't sleep on acid. I've done plenty in my time...there was never any chance of sleeping. The best you can hope for, even if you take a bunch of downers, is a state of relaxation. I really don't reccomend LSD. It's a terrible drug. There's better drugs, and healthier drugs.

Who knows? You might not wake up at all to remember anything. In other words. don't do drugs!
