ou all failed miserably! Unless someone "offs" both the Decider and the Chain around his neck (Bush and Cheney, get it?) we'll have a Republican in the Presidency until 2009 when the Dem is sworn in!!!!!

It seems no one got the gag!
The new President won't BE President until 2009----so, of course, in 2008, we'll still have Georgie-Porgie!

I'm not so sure, Clinton has a strong following and Obama is getting there too. Although I do think that Obama still may be too new at the political game, he has some good ideas, but still comes off as a bit naive.
As for Republicans, I doubt that McCain will win since he's been trying to get on the ballot for years, I think Giuliani has the best chance...I think it will come down to him and Clinton. Personally for the Democratic Ticket, I preferred Senator Gravel.

I think that if the democrats are stupid enough to elect Hillary that they will lose. It is partly because she is a woman and the US isn't really ready for that but partly because it will bring out a lot of voters who would not bother to vote because they hate Hillary as much as I do. As for a black man, I see no problem with that and think the democrats have a much better chance with Obama that Hillary.

If Obama was nominated, a Republican will surely win. No doubt. Not because of the color of his skin but because of his lack of experience in international affairs (as he has proven in recent debates). If Hillary was nominated, a Republican has a good chance of winning (since her hubby was Bill Clinton)...but not guaranteed. Hillary would be nothing if she wasn't married to Bill Clinton. If she gets elected, it's because of her husband.

True. Hillary cut her own throat when she questioned General David Patraeus' honesty. America will not accept a commander-in-chief who doubts the military. Obama, on the other hand, never really had a chance. It may seem harsh, but America is still not ready to elect a black man to oversee this nation. But regardless of who lands the nomination, Americans want, first and foremost, a leader who can protect its citizens. Therefore, look for a Republican to enter the White House in '08. Democrats are perceived as being too wishy-washy on most topics and dreadful on homeland security.

False.
Actually, false is the correct answer because your premise is incorrect - If Hillary or Obama are nominated. I took a Philiosophy course in college that evolved around logic.
T + T = T
F + T = F
See? The presidential candidate nominations won't occur until after the primaries in 2009.

that all republican candidates are keeping a distance from the Bush administration? Republicans are aware their chances in 2008 are slim,,!

True. Both candidates have huge negative ratings. But you go ahead and believe its the candidates that matter. After all the democratic party always manages to put forward the wost candidate. Combine lousy candidates and the real reason they lose, bad policy, and you get another republican in the white house.
