If you can't be yourself they aren't worth it. Maybe a small change in habits (i.e. something that stop doing something that really isn't very good for you, bad eating habits, drinking too much, never exercising stuff like that) but not something drastic.

You can try but eventually you either rebel against the pretense which causes pain all around or you become empty on the inside with just your shell left to "please" someone else. It is not worth it! Be who you are, as nature intended.
