I broke up with a girl I thought was "the one" because I found out she had slept with a lot of guys.
How do women think men will respect them...when they act like they are a receptacle for every sleezy guy out there? Don't they think we care?Don't they know that it hurts us that they give something we think we earned away to every scumbag in the city?

Uh, well dude you gotta be saying that a guy who sleeps with a lot of other girls is disgusting to the girls as well right? Because it goes both ways. But to be fair, people are people, and they make bad choices sometimes. A lot of girls who are hurting inside might sleep around a lot just like other girls might "be a receptacle" for a gallon of ice cream when they get upset. And oh by the way, you don't 'earn' a chance to have sex. If you threw away a good relationship with a nice girl who loved you and whom you loved because of the past, then you are the fool, not her. Because the past is done and over. It is what you are doing today that makes a difference.

I haven't exactly slept with alot of men, but I have to say, isn't that a little one sided???? How do you think girls feel about guys who sleep with anything that has breasts?? Do you think we enjoy thinking about our dream guy and how experienced he is?? Why is there such a double standard?? Were you celibate before you were with your girlfriend?? How many girls have you been with? How can the girl that you thought was the one be so quickly villanized as soon as you find out that she is a bit more experienced than you thought? What is this big number of men that she slept with?? Sorry if I'm ranting, but I'm sick of seeing women labeled as sluts for liking sex!

I suppose you have to ask yourself how many women you have slept with? And if it is more than one (the one!) you have no room to talk.
I'm afraid men have been behaivng like this for many years and women have just had to put up with it.
Many women think there is nothing wrong with it - what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
If you've got morals, make sure your new partner knows. And try faling in love with a woman who feels the same way you do.

Was she cheating on you or were these things that happened in her past, before she was with you? If she was cheating on you then you have a right to be upset. But if these were things that happened before you came along -Dude, who are you to judge? Sometimes things happen in a person's life that has ill affects upon the choices they make. Maybe she NEEDED a good man like you to help get things straight in her head and FEEL like she is worth something, oh, but that's right, YOU choose to judge her for things you might not have totally understood. Guess you aren't a good man after all!

You can go around dipping your paint brush in every open paint can you can find and that's alright. "He's just sowing his oats."
While the paint cans are supposed to keep their lids on so that the paint is fresh when "the one" comes along with his brush.
I don't approve of such behavior for anyone male or female, but in today's society people experiment. You are no different than she is. Or were you a virgin when you started dating her? Yeah, I thought so.

I honestly do not know what a girl is thinking who screws around alot. some do it because its the attention they are seeking that they didn't get at home and some mistake sex for love thinking if i guy sleeps with her she is loved...her reality is warped.

You love her don't you? Everyone has their flaws, it should take more than that for you to doubt your feelings. I mean men sleep with numerous women all the time, and its socially acceptable. She doesn't deserve someone who thinks less of her for the choices she has made. She deserves someone better who will accept her for who she is and what she has done...

Did you tell her how you felt? She could have been going through a rough time in her life and has since changed. If you truly care about her, tell her how you feel.
