Kindness is not borne of timidness, lack of principles, or bashfulness. Kindness comes instead from inner strength, compassion, and a strong sense of self. Set some boundaries with this person and never change who you are.

It's frustrating! I work for a boss who is domineering. She is a bully and no one else has the guts to stand up to this tyrant that way I do. I just find that I win some and I lose some.

I have this prob occasionally too.
I make eye contact confidently.
I am more professional and speak sincerely or firmly.
Act like you could care less about the bully and ignore them and don't fight back.
After that doesn't work, I've had to $%^^^$# a few people out!

Stand your ground and don't sink to their level. There are not enough kind people in this world now and we can't afford to lose any. Stand tall and the rest will come naturally to you.. Good Luck

I tell them that if they want something done= you do it.
#2. I abandon them like for ever.
#3. When they can't have their way, I have always found them to be not so nice. I do not need not so nice people in my life.
#4. Say good by and never ever be around them again.
You will find you do not need their kind.

don't forget that the meek will inherit the earth...and don't change your mannerisms for anyone...let them rant and rave, but stand your ground in a calm and intellegent way. Don't do anything that you dont' want to do, and calmly let others know that still waters run deep
