I like the names in this order:
1) Cabrina - a form of Sabrina, meaning legendary princess
2) Selah - a musical or rythmic notation, possibly meaning "pause" or "higher note"
3) Angel - of course, it means "angel"
4) Rosalynn - meaning tender, soft, lovely
I don't really like rain.

Rosalynn - is okay but a little old fashioned
Angel Rain - I associate Angel as the name for a passed away/still born baby and I don't like Rain for a name
Selah Cabrina - is that "Sell-ah" or "Seer-lah" , not too fond of either but Seliah "seer-lee-ah" would be okay with Sabrina not Cabrina. Seliah Sabrina.

I'd lose the Angel Rain, it sounds like a bad mary-sue character in a fanfiction, or some famous chick's kid. The kid would just be teased. Rosalynn isn't too bad.
I'd probably name my girl something like Adrianna, Aisling, Aoife, Siobhan, Dreya, or something like that. My poor child. :)

Don't try to over do it with unusual names. Remember that this child will have to live with this name the rest of her life. Rosalynn I like best. Do not name her Cabrina, unless you really think she will never be friends with someone who speaks Spanish! Trust me, it sound very much like a bad word....

Is Rosalynn pronounced rosa - lynn or Roz - ah - lynn? I like the second pronounciation.
Cabrina is pretty - i don't know what slur in spanish they speak of but it reminds me of Mother Cabrini a nun who did a lot for the poor in NYC in the early 1900's.
*edit - in an earlier question you said you had a kid named Raina. Why would you name another one Rain?

Rosalynn can be spelt Roselyn or Rosalynne
I prefer your one!
Angel Rain might be slightly too surreal I think they are nice by themselves with maybe Mae or something short. But then they would be could Rainy May so...hmmm.
Tricky... I do like Cabrina though.
:)
What about jacqueline or chanhassen?
Chanhassen meaning maple sugar...:)

Roasaline would be better like in Shakespeare...
Angel Rain is really nice...
Selah is pretty strange... in an unpleasant way...
While Cabrina is quite the charmer...
