I don't worry about them anymore, but I do know I smoke too much and spend too much time here.
That is working out well as I now leave my tobacco in another room, so I have to get up to roll one, and when I am comfortably ensconced in my armchair I don't get up very often, as there is always just one more question that catches my eye and I have to reply. LoL

I do worry about my smoking, I've smoked for 30 years, 1/2 pack a day. My husband has smoked for 40 years and I see it killing him with his severe heart disease. I wish I could quit, and have tried several times cold turkey, but that was always a disaster. I wish I could afford the patch, but it is so expensive. I really think it would do the insurance companies good to supply the patch, pills, anything to get us off the nicotine before they have to pay for the results later.

I'm a recovering addict who's been dry for almost a year, and sometimes I get somewhat nervous that a trigger is going to happen and I'll be back on the bottle. It's on my mind, but I try hard everyday to not think about it.
