biggest one is heredity....your genes.....and there is nothing you can do to "make" yourself taller.....you are though a bit taller when first waking in the morning.....before gravity takes it's toll.....the vertebrae and the discs along with muscles have relaxed after a nights sleep.......

it's called genetics. if the potential isn't there then it's hello shorty. my dad was 6 feet 3 inches but dear old mom was 4 feet 10 inches and guess who i took after?

By jumping! Try it before and it works! better results when u r at purbety age.... It will increase the height rapidly... u can play basketball and netball too
