That's called meta-cognition.

There's a whole field in psychology it. One of my favourites. Learn about it, it's very interesting.

I think about DOing. There is nothing you can do about thinking. Just let it happen.

Often - I also think about thinking about thinking, and I have even thought about thinking about thinking about thinking - but that's about as deep as I get - sorry!! :(

My brain clunks overtime with outrageous thought processes, and often I think about why I think so much...and that just gets me thinking even more....ya see my dilemma?
