How do I turn off the pop up blocker on a compaq lap top with windows vista to install launchcast?

Look under the tools dropdown. Should be a popup blocker control. If not there go to Tools/Internet Options.

are you using IE (shame on you if you do) or firefox? ither way its in the tools menu
