when i delete the file, the file will appear again when i restart my computer. if there any virus that infected my computer...somebody help me please......

What is the folder? Windows recreates some folders on it's own for normal OS operations.
Run a good virus scanner (NOD32) and some adaware type program.

use this program (its a shell program install it then right click the directory then click unlocker then on the dropdown box click delete and then unlock all but if you really are trying to delete your system 32 folder dont!
also the folder limewire makes called incomplete is normal its just where the halfway downloaded files go
