I just found out 3 weeks ago we will be havin IDENTICAL twins I am now 10 weeks and have lots of cramps morning sickness so tired I feel dead lol but All this is normal says the doctor. So I have a three year old and she was born at 24 weeks and I am afraid I will deliver early again seeming there are two! that is one concern the next is how many identical twins actually make it I hear things that you have a 50% chance and things I must not understand!? Anyone with advise anything to help me calm and plan or anything would be great thanks so much

Be prepared to be put on bedrest, since you delivered so early last time [ if you went into labor on your own, not if they had to deliver you for some reason. ]
I know several sets of twins, identical and non, and they are all perfectly healthy. As long as the doctor is happy, try not to worry. Statistically, twins have more problems than singles, but most are just fine. You will have a higherchance of having a c-section, because they don't always 'line-up' properly.

i had my twins at 31 weeks - they spent 5 weeks in the neonatal unit before be allowed to come home. They say that babies born from 26weeks they can usually survive and even younger now days. and twins usually do come early - mostly cos they run out of room quicker LOL.
I have never heard that if you had a prem baby before that you have a certain chance of it happening again, but the good thing is, because you're having twins you will be monitored more than you would have been before so any chance that it will happen, they will be able to try and stop it

just take it easy, everything will be fine. My mom had me and my twiin sister early and my mother in law delivered my sisters - in -law (twins) early too. I recently talked to a woman who carrried her twins full term and I also met another girl 18 weeks pregnant with twins feeling fine. I wish you all the best. enjoy your babies
