If you feel like you are going "nuts", then you obviously have some underlying anxiety, depression or stress. Ask yourself if this is something new going on. Are you unhappy or perhaps have some unresolved issues from the past that might be resurfacing. Many years went by and I was in DEEP denial about a childhood abuse issue. It took something happening in my adult married life that seemed to jar those memories back, and by that time, everything in my life seemed to be going well, just like you describe....great husband, great job, great kids, house, etc....but I still felt like something was terribly wrong with me. I suggest that you make an appointment with a psychiatrist so that he/she can diagnose the problem, then you will probably be referred to a therapist. And there's no shame in going! You'll feel better. Best of luck to you.

If you are worried about your mental health, why not have yourself evaluated by a professional? A psychiatrist or psychologist can give you an evaluation that might identify the source of your concerns. Then, if necessary, they can recommend steps you can take to feel better. You might find out that there's nothing wrong with you, or you might find that there is something you can do. Wishing you good health!

Sometime we just have to swallow our pride and see a therapist for help. Pray about it and make that move. The money and material things do not guarantee happiness. That has to come from with in yourself.

obviously, there is something missing in your life. if you believe that you have accomplished a set of goals that seem to be 'the american dream' and you are still not happy, then look in the mirror. all the perfect things in the world are not going to be enough until you are happy within yourself.

your not satisfied are you? your not crazy, you just need to learn how to be content. It's not what you have in material things that makes you happy, it's the simple things in life that makes life so wonderful.

You questioned your sanity, so you are sane... people who are insane don't question it.... Nervous breakdown, different story. Maybe your adjective is wrong, don't use crazy and use nervous breakdown and this fits. People who are having a nervous breakdown know that they are having or going something,,,,they question their sanity, but they think it is called insane.....when it is a nervous breakdown....
