Lupe Fiasco hands down. Yeah Kanye is nice and his latest album "Graduation" is a breath of fresh air for what mainstream hip-hop has degenerated into, but Lupe Fiasco's rhymes have meaning, are deep and interweave themselves, just look at "Steady Mobbin" and "Coulda Been", his music has flow, and makes you think. Lupe Fiasco is the future.

Got to agree with you on Lupe, is Blu (from Blu and Exile) new??? Cause I would put him on the list too. Can't think of many other new artists, I doubt any of them are better then Lupe anyways. I think joell ortiz is pretty good too, if im not mistaken he is new.

'I Gotcha' is an awesomee song.
but my favorite rapper will always be Kanye West. he's incredibly talented and is a great man to look up to .
what other rappers and songs do you like? im not a huge fan of the new generation [Chris Brown] because their songs dont have meaning.
