I can remember things about my childhood that were before I could walk. I have corrected my mom a few times about things in the past that she said never happened until I had to prove them to her.

i had a chance to have a good talk with my mom shortly before she passed and it was funny....the things that I thought were soooooo huge in keeping us at odds with each other were events she barely remembered...they were not at all important to her...she never stopped caring for me and about me when I went thru those teen years as I had thought....so the events happened just percieved differently by us each.
