Im very well informed about a few different things. Sometimes I like to ask a silly question. I also like to think, and help if I can. Is there anyone out there who has a sense of humor? I asked someone something once and they said"questions are mental harrassment to me," sorry you didnt get it. Maybe there are a few of you who should think a little less seriously.

I'll assume you mean being directly asked. I'm sure they can be. For instance, if a girl is being asked (or forced to listen to) unwanted sexual questions, I'm sure that counts.

Coming up to me and bothering me with 20 questions would be considered harrassment. Asking me a single question that is difficult to understand, frivolous, or merely silly, may be a nuisance, but it's just not enough to warrant the distinction of harrassment. Mental or otherwise. (Never heard of Mental Harrassment, it sounds like an attempt to make something nonsensical sound 'official'.)

Even though asking me many questions, that I don't want to be bothered with, may be considered harrassment in the Webster Dictionary sense, but has little standing in any legal sense. Asking me a silly question that I don't want to be bothered with has even less standing.

I don't think your question was silly. In fact, incessant questions about the weirdest things from my kids are sometimes more like mental torture! ... because mostly the questions are about things I've never wondered about myself and don't know the answer and I have to come up with something or they won't be satisfied!

Not at all. Depends on the connotation of the question.

"Why are you asking such mind defying questions?" would be mental harrassment.

You're welcome.
