http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ Go here do the scan and it will take care of it for you. Also I would suggest getting a good antivirus program. Such as this one http://www.pandasecurity.com/homeusers/downloads/register?Tipo=1&CodigoProducto=37&Idioma=2&TipoUsuario=12&Country=US&TipoLead=2&Ref=WWEN-P08-DES

You have a HiJackThis file? Good.

The experts I trust to take it apart, remove the bad guys in it, are at www.geekstogo.com. Their malware section is second to done in getting it right.

You can also check their instructions and do some stuff before getting them involved.

Go to www.pandasoftware.com and run a FREE on line scan.

Then

Go to www.filehippo.com download AdAware, SpyBot, AVG AntiSpyware and CCleaner, Install each one. Then update each one. Run each one, by itself. Then do a disk defrag.

If you are still have trouble, check out geekstogo.

Good luck They are really good over there

install AVG free (third time tonight ive sayed this)
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/us/frt/0
and turn off system restore untill they have been gone for a while
lemme make this into a list
1. install avg from the link above (choose the free version)
2. turn off system restore
3. full system scan with the avg scanner

you MUST have an antivirus scanner on any computer that comes in any kind of contact with another computer its like the computers immune system without it it gets sick

these are stinger files that will get rid of them without getiing the antivirous program but i don't reccomend running a pc without protection. and where you see 2 virouses there may be 5 natively and 21 in system restore

also once the virouses have been removed restart system restore

Google offers a nice, free pack of software that includes both an antivirus and an antispyware scanner. I had good luck cleaning up my computer and bringing it back to life using these tools. Plus, you can trust it since it comes from Google and not some no-name software company.
