Where can I find a list of Thomson coefficients for various materials?

Try looking up thermoelectric generators, Peltier effect, thermoelectric cooling, or the Thomson effect. Resist getting sidetracked by the Joule-Thompson coefficient, which is unrelated. Sorry, I haven't found a listing.
