I really like Brie when we're having cheese and crackers, Parmigiano Reggiano for cooking Italian food, Maytag Blue cheese for stuffing my martini olives and gruyere for the top of my French onion soup. There are so many great cheeses and ways of enjoying them that it's hard to pick just one!
