this is a home PC I dont understand why the provider would have MY password.....

I made up a password several years ago and am now being asked for it to send e mails..... dont they ask you secret questions or something to remember password ????

call your network admenastrator or isp (depending on wether this is a busness or home inviroment) if its a home email provided by your isp then call there teck support line and have your bill ready, if this is a busness email adress call your tech department and they will tell you. you need to talk to pepole to do this :O
