Burn it to disc is easy, just use a disc-burning program, put in a the appropriate blank media into the burner drive (assuming you have one), specify the data file, and hit "go" or "burn" or whatever button that starts the process.

To make that disc play in a set-top DVD player is something different completely though. Care to elaborate on your requirements?

you need a dvd burning software, dvd drive in yr computer or external dvd drive connected to yr computer and blank dvd disc-

cd/dvd burning software - most popular for windows is nero

assumeing that you mean onto a dvd and you have a dvd burner and a blank dvd. just burn it as you would a word document it should work as long as its in .AVI format
