not that im going to try this or anything but how long would a salt water fish live with freshwater and how long would a freshwater fish live in saltwater.?

saltwater fish can't survive in freshwater, as simple as that

but if as example a molly is acclimated properly to a saltwater, he would survive

Well, if the freshwater fish was a Molly,it could live a very long time in salt water.
