I'm using the internet through a router, so probably due to NAT or whatever, online website port scanning doesn't seems to work on my PC.

Is there any software to scan certain port on my own system to check if it's open or close?

Thank you

the only question i have for you is, do you know what port you want to open or close? and do you know what all of these port does? if so, you can go into your command-line. and set your open/close settings in there.
