One is only as old as they feel, say, or sometimes act.
If you feel it, DO NOT SAY IT. That only makes it worse.
Hopefully a person feels young at heart all the time, instead of giving up and turning old. I have seen many give up before there time, and turn old. Where as I have also seen those in their 70's & 80's getting around better than some I have seen in their 30's (that is sad){ the ones in their 30's that is}
God grants us the desires of our hearts (so long as they consist of Gods will), and if our hearts desire is to be young at heart, it will be so.
Keeping our desires in tune with Gods. May He bless you with His loving kindness.

I think it begins when you begin to think of yourself as old and others keep saying to you "Man Your Old"!.
It begins to dawn on you Well! maybe I am old!. Tomorrow I will be 69 I'm beginning to feel some some mileage.
My truck ain't out of gas yet though!
I still garden,I do household projects, like lay self stick floor tiles, upholster furnitureI, care for an 11 year old grandaughter, I drive a 5 speed forward 1 reverse truck.
Come back in about 5 years and I'll have a more concrete answer.

When one calls themself old.
I like to consider that I get younger every year. Instead of older.
So? Power of the tongue. Claim the health, healing & youth. Don't claim the old.
And I see myself in the future looking better than I look right now. Something http://www.kimclement.com prophesies.

Every year that passes makes me think someone much older than I is old. But I'm not old...I'm65. Compared to someone 90 I'm not old. It's all in attitude.
