If they say that the earth is spinning so fast, that you dont notice anything spinning (like the clouds and the sun) what is happening when you can see the clouds moving? (like on stormy days and you can see the clouds moving)

The clouds move because the air mass that holds the clouds moves relative to the earth. The whole air mass spins with the earth, but it has an additional motion of its own, and that is what we see as cloud motion.

Cloud movement has nothing to do with the earth's spinning.It is the prevailing winds at that level(level at which cloud floats) which carry the clouds with them.

Cuz wind moves clouds and the earths spinning dosent generate wind.

Not sure. Think they just flowt. It's mother nature. The Earth spins very slow not fast or light and day would be off and on like as if you flicked a light switch off and on. Ask God or a scientist.
