I saw it should be a high in the 80s, but wanting to know if all casual is fine (i.e. t-shirt/jeans/shorts) ? We are going to a show, as well as planning on going to a fancy restraunt for our 5 year anniversary (not sure where yet though) I'm not huge on dressing up, but will, just wanted to know what would be accetable, a dress, or business casual? Thanks!

Casual is fine, but the evenings will get much cooler, so pack a jacket/sweater and the casinos keep it quiet cool, too!
Check the weather just before you go. We're having winter storm rains at this moment and it gets cold fast.
A nice basic dress or dress slacks with nice top will work for the restraunt, too!
You'll find most of Vegas is not into dress codes, but it is the place to go way out if you want!
Have Fun!

Business casual will be fine unless you are going to a REALLY fancy restaurant. The rest of the time, casual is just fine, including the show. I would definitely bring a sweater; the casinos can be quite chilly (you don't fall asleep as fast when you are cold so they really crank the air conditioning) plus even with a high in the 80's, it can get quite cold in Vegas after dark around this time of year.
