It needs to be something that will not draw the attention of neighbors and people passing by. If the clean-up is in an apartment complex, the apartment owners will not want to advertise that crime has occurred in the apartment.
Consider Your Friends name followed by the word cleaners.
I am assuming the friend is aware that most of clean-up will require a bio-hazard license and to protect your friends personal assets from possible law suits the friend has looked into incorporation of the business.
Also, a good business plan will help to insure the success of the business.
I wish him the best.

Since the company is very specific to crime scenes, you don't really need anything catchy and you certainly don't want anything too clever or funny - crime scenes are traumatic for the persons left behind, and they will not be amused. Something discrete and authoritative would be best, maybe just an acronym like CSC would best do the trick.
