I tried to plunge it out, but it would not come up. It flushes fine now, but I am worried about future problems from this. What do I do?

If the toilet flushes fine you don't need to worry. It went to diaper heaven down the sewer line with the toilet paper.

If it is flushing fine now, it's probably OK. Worst case, it hung up on something between the toilet and the street (or septic tank if that's what you have).

If you start having problems with water backing up the drains, you will likely have to get a plumber out to snake the line.

Just keep flushing until you think it's out in the street.

It doesn't seem like you'll get any more problems from this. Just don't do it again or you WILL have a problem. If something arises, call a plunger. I mean a plumber, lol.

you should be fine. just flush the toliets (all of em) a couple times, and you should be fine. its just a minor blemish in your septic tank.
