Okay you need to try to take them EVERY day they are packed with things that are essential to take when you are pregnant. But it shouldn't be HORRIBLE o miss just try to do better. Keep them in your purse so you see the bottle every day and remember. That is what I do because I forget to take pills. Second no you shouldn't be able to feel your baby at 10 weeks. it is only 1 inch big... and third vaginal discharge is normal. there does become moe when pregnant but if it smells funny or is a funny color or abnormal amount. Ask your obgyn they do not get embarassed when asked questions like that. They need to know because you can have an infection yeast or bacterial that needs to be treated if there is a funny odor or color or bad itching in that area. Good luck and congrats your one week ahead of me!

1) You should do your very best to take your prenatals every day. Missing a day or two here and there isn't a big deal, but you don't want to go several days without taking them. They are full of nutrients that aid in your baby's optimal development and keep you healthy, too. Don't freak out about missing them - but try to be more responsible about it.
2) No it's not possible to feel your baby at 10 weeks. The baby is not big enough for his/her movements to cause you any sensations. If you are a first time mom, you're not likely to feel the baby until 18 weeks or so, but you may feel him/her as early as 15 or 16. You can't feel the baby from the outside until 20-22 weeks or maybe even later depending on how much of a fat layer you have.
3) Increased mucus/discharge is totally normal. I'm a little concerned with the person who said it's like a really nasty infection - that is NOT normal. It should be just like your normal discharge throughout a menstrual cycle, but there will be a lot more of it. If it's a weird texture or color or has a funny odor, talk to your doctor about it.

the mucos is totally normal because of hormonal changes in your body and will probably continue all the way through your pregnancy. I don't think missing a couple days here and there of your prenatal vitamins will do much harm as long as you dont miss them often because you and your little one need all these vitamins and nutrients. I'm not sure if you can feel the baby at 10 weeks as its still so small. Sorry I cant be of more help.

To answer your first question, no, it wont hurt you or the baby as long as you are eating healthy for two! I had a hard time taking mine with both of my kids (I barely took them at all) and they are and were very healty. Next, it is hard to tell if you can feel the baby this soon. It has been said that the smaller you are when you become pregnant the earlier you feel the baby move. This was true with me....so maybe that is what it was =) Third, it is VERY common to have cervical mucus all throughout your pregnancy...I used to wear panty liners that way I didnt have to wear wet undies all day..lol I hope this helped you =) Also, although I didnt take my prenatals like I should have dosen't mean that you shouldn't...it is better to take them than not...but as long as you eat healthy you should be ok. Those gummy vitamins aren't so bad though...talk to the pharmacist and see how many you would need to take =) Good Luck and I hope you have a happy and healthy nine months =)

I'm almost 10 weeks with my second and I keep forgetting to take my prenatals too. Just don't double up because you missed one day because then you might get too much of a certain vitamin. Also, there are women out there who don't even know they are pregnant or are too poor to get prenatal vitamins and their babies are fine so a few days isn't going to hurt our babies. I thought that at 10 weeks the baby is still too small for us to feel it. I didn't feel my daughter moving until 16-18 weeks. I feel stuff moving around in my stomach too but I'm pretty sure it's just gas bubbles or the uterus stretching. And, yes, you do get more mucus everywhere. I have to blow my nose now every morning, I have a lot more saliva, and I get more sleep in my eyes and I remember all that with my first. The mucus down there is normal too. No one ever tells you about the extra little things you get when you're pregnant until you're already there! Welcome to future mommyhood!

I would definetly take the prenatals, especially in the beginning. There are vitamins and minerals in the pills that will help the baby not get birth defects. Drink lots of orange juice too. The folic acid in the juice will help prevent birth defects also. I'm not sure about the "feeling of the baby at 10 weeks". You will get increased discharge but if it's real heavy or you're worried call the doc. It should not have a smell to it. But just remember, every pregnancy is different and everyones pregnancy is different. Good Luck!!!

I would buy a weekly medication reminder, where you put your meds in for the entire week, etc. and place it a place that you look at daily - like by your computer, so you'll see it. You'll be able to easily look in and see if you took that day's dose of prenatals.
It won't HURT your baby to not take your vitamins, but it's definitely more beneficial to be taking them, especially if you have a deficiency that you're unaware of. Your baby will get the nutrition first, and if you're running low on any particular thing, then you'll be the one depleted first.. not fun.
It is possible to be feeling your baby move, though feeling him/her move won't become regular for some time. It'll be easier to tell if what you're feeling is definitely your baby later.
And yes, increased mucus is entirely normal. You'll have that through your entire pregnancy.

It looks like a lot of people answered your questions already but I just wanted to add something...I am 21 almost 22 weeks along with a strong, very very very active healthy baby boy. I tried to take pregnatal vitamins in the beginning but they made me so sick and I lost over 15 lbs. So since I was about 6 weeks along I have not taken prenatals (gee I'm probably going to get a lot of thumbs down for this huh) I was hospitalized last night for falling down some stairs and they just wanted to keep an eye on me and baby for 24 hours...well they did blood work and my doctor asked me if I was taking vitamins and when I told him no and the reasons why he was SHOCKED because all my nutrient levels were so high...everything. My levels were just sky rocketed and they were great. But I eat a really good diet and get lots of good proteins and eat good veggies and fruits. I just wanted to let you know this so that you didn't cause more stress on yourself over the vitamins. Yes they are very good to take and I'm not telling you to not take them...I just didn't want you to stress you and baby out over them. Take them as well as you can and just make sure you are eating good and drinking lots of water and you and baby will be just fine!!

It isn't bad but it isn't good either. Your body needs those vitamins so that the baby won't try to absorb them from your body...Maybe it will help you remember if you think about this. If you don't take them and you don't get enough calcium outside of them, the baby will take it from you...starting with your teeth.
At 10 weeks you could be feeling flutters...not likely though..it was probably a muscle stretching.
I had lots of mucous around 10 weeks with all three of my pregnancies.

The mucous is normal as long as it is not watery or bloody.... it is not good to miss your prenatals so set a reminder on your cell phone or something to remember.... the vitamins and minerals are VERY important for your babies development... and if you are very skinny yes it is possible to feel the baby sometimes
