Invest ..it worked for me , I never followed the crowd with the new over priced homes , I kept the one I had , I never get the brand new car , it is a terrible investment .....I invested in a few mutual funds , and several IRA's I am 38 no house payments no car payments , and no Credit Card traps ( some call them payments) ....Stay out of debt , friends may laugh at the older house , and older cars , but I have now saved enough ,and cashed in the investments to retire at age 45 ..when I reach 65 I cash in the IRA's they have made good money , I put the max amount in for 7 years and now add nothing to it the interest compounds annually making me more money , I did this in my early twenties , when I turn 65 , I will have 3 to 4 million , If I do not live , my kids will be set ...
But all of my friends who laughed , are now crying , because the ones not in foreclosure , will have to work until age 65 , or longer , NOT ME ....I am laughing now ....

Find an industry that is lacking
Fill the need.
