AHHHHHHH!!!!!!
Another deep thought.
Fears are sometimes grounded in past experiences and education that tell a person that there is potential here for danger and fear is the physiological as well as psychological response. The adrenaline pumps, the heart quickens and suddenly you are acting in what can best be termed fear. Is this unfounded? Not if the stimulus induced the reaction.
Are there some fears that seem unfounded? Phobias, some of which appear to have no grounding in experience or education. Paranoias, general fears with no apparent reason behind them. Those could be examples of unfounded fears, but: I have to go with the thought that every fear can be accounted for if you search long enough and person who has the fear can remember from whence it came.
I believe that because to not believe it is to admit that fear can get the better of us.

No, most are primitive intuitions left over. Cavemen developed a fear of darkness because of all the creatures that could kill them. Fear of spiders could come from all the poisonous ones that exist. Fear of flying, is really fear of falling. And so forth...
Not that this is bad thing. Fear of darkness can stop people from walking down alleys at night and therefore stop murder.

no. fears are infact a great evolutionary tool given to us. once i saw in discovery about this man who had no emotions of fear as a birth defect. now he has to be so careful all his loife. like he dosent fear crosiing the road.standing dangerously near high floors. he always said he never feels any fear and he has to constantly remind himself that such such thing can happen and then keep away..so hard for him.
