The correct answer is C. ......180 CC's

because 1/4 of an 8 oz glass leaves 2 ounces...

...and there are 30 cc's in an ounce........so....he drank 6 ounces which is 180 cc's.

6 X 30 cc's -= 180 cc's

PS: Hey sportzchick09......Don't you have any guilt at all about just copying my answer word for word?

The least you can do is say "thank you" and list my name as your source.

You should memorize that 240cc = 8 ounces = 1 cup if you are going to have to mix American and metric measure. Then 3/4 of 240 becomes 180cc directly.

I don't know the actual, but find out how many cc are in 8 oz. then take away the 3/4 of the glass that they drank.
