Good grief. Wouldn't it be quicker to make a doctor's appt?
But ok.

1. If you are cramping and bleeding heavily you could be getting ready to abort. Or miscarry. Lie down and call your doc.

2. That depends on the woman. People have had six children in one pregnancy. Doesn't happen often, but it has occurred.

3. What do you mean 'early' or 'late' ? Twelve weeks is pretty early in a pregnancy.

4. Sometimes people need D&Cs after miscarriages.

5. If you miscarry in the second trimester, how do you think you could 'push' the 'remaining parts' out? What remaining parts do you believe there are?

No, a vaginal birth to a fetus will not 'make your hips wider.'
But just out of curiosity, isn't that sort of irrelevant?

1. Means that youre most likely going through a misscarriage, cant be 100% sure until you see a doctor, if youre dialated it means your cervix is opening which is not a good thing.

2. I believe 7 is the record

3. It would be considered early miscarriage since most happen within the first trimester

4. You will only need a D & C if all the contents dont come out on their own, it usually does though

5. You dont have to push anything out vaginally, youre put to sleep and everything is essentially cut out of your uterus, no it wont make your hips wider.

If you are 12 weeks and bleeding you need to go to the ER right now! If you are dialated, it means you are in a miscarriage.

A woman can conceive as many babies as eggs were fertilized..there is not really an answer to that allthough the most I have ever heard of was 8.

12 weeks would be an early miscarriage.

You will need a D&C if you miscarry and your body doesn't completely eject everything.

The largest reported number of babies a woman has conceived was 8, I do believe - that was with a little help, though. The more babies conceived, generally the shorter the pregnancy.
Most miscarriages happen during the first trimester, but there's no such thing as an "early" or "late" miscarriage. A miscarriage is just a miscarriage.
And, yes, I'd say that that's what's happening. Your body is rejecting the fetus, and it will naturally take care of all of the miscarriage. Most likely your hips will not widen, as the baby at this particular stage is less than a pound.

If you are having a miscarriage at 12 weeks my advice would be to go to the hospital. If you do not pass everything then you will need a D&C, however, that cannot be determined simply by weeks pregnant, only an OB can determine if a D&C is needed. Please seek medical attention.

Yahoo answers is not the place to find credible answers to medical questions. But it seems to me that you need to see a doctor.

Good luck.

every single one of those qs should be answered by a doctor...giving you the benefit of some SERIOUS DOUBTS...i'm gonna assume your not lying..and your really concerned ....call the doctor..or go to the emergency room....i guerentee what you describe constitutes as one...

if your lying and you think your funny or clever....you shoud be ashamed of yourself...there is nothing funny about miscarriages

sounds as if you might be having a miscarriage
if you have cramping pain and pass clots or tissue you need to be checked by your doctor
sometimes women pass all the tissue but often a D&C is indicated if you continue with pain and bleeding, please be checked
