I got this recipe that involved ovaltine, but I have no idea what it is. Is it better than a protein powder. If so, why? Which one of these helps increase height? Another thing, in what aisle or section of the supermarket can you find ovaltine? Thanks.

The primary difference is protein powder contains protein. Ovaltine is more of a common beverage fortified with vitamins and minerals, and comes in 3 flavors. Not sure either will increase height. Ovatine is usually sold near cocoa/hot chocolate/Quick.

Ovaline is something to flavor milk that has added vitamines to it. It is not a protein drink and it is found in the same place that other chocolate flavorings for milk . i buy it for my granddaughter so she gets extra vitamines.
