You need other data. Cannot get accurate conversion if dont have Volts, Amps.

1 horsepower = 0.745699872 kilowatts
12 horsepower = 8.94839846 kilowatts

1 HP = 746 watts, so just multiply 12 by 0.746 for your answer.
