can someone remind me please, How to get teleport stones?

Teleport stones are available from the airships. Just don't stay in the cabin, and one of the vendors on the airship will have teleport stones for sale. Dyce, a vendor you see in a few different places (and he ends up in Balfonheim Port) sells them. Also, I believe the Muthru Bazaar in Rabanastre sells them once you reach a certain clan rank.

You can either find them from monsters/chests; or if you need extra the shops on the airships sell them.
