In German, they capitalize every Noun.

We got marked Points off in Class, so I sometimes do it for the heck of it.

Lazy people type in all caps. It is hard for me to read like that too. I even do it right when I send a text message. I may not spell everything right...LOL But, that's another question!!!

Not unless its at the beginning of the sentence. But then again, adverbs aren't usually the first word of a sentence.

In my opinion, it should not be meant for screaming, but for simple emphasis, such as, "now it's YOUR turn" or "why would you do THAT?"... If you want to show screaming/yelling, why not just put multiple "!!!!!" at the end of your exclamation (hence, the definition of one...)?
