Mercury and Venus is correct.

Becuase their orbits are closer to the sun than Earth's, they never get very far from the sun in the sky. Venus can get to about 45 degrees away from the sun in the sky at max, and Mercury even less. At sunset, the sun is at the western horizon. There is no way Venus or Mercury could be on the eastern horizon at this time.

Uranus and Neptune - they are not visible to the naked eye at all.
All other planets are visible at some time along the entire ecliptic - when they are visible and where depends on the orbits of the planets and Earth.
