Take a small amount of the drywall to the paint store with you, about the size of a quarter. Have them mix a quart of paint for you, then, when you get back mix this paint with the plaster your patching with, then patch the hole, it should come real close, when it's dry, spot paint.

It appears you'r clueless. Have it done by a professional. The color comes from the paint after the wall is textured. If it's only one spot, hang a picture over it.
