My partner in crime is one hundred and nothing pounds and has no trouble riding a full sized Harley. You just need to find one that fits you.

You can usually ride a bike which is 3 times heavier than your body weight. Just make sure that when you sit on the bike that your feet can touch the ground fully. Also try doing a 8 figure with the bike and if you do that comfortably then you should go for that particular bike.

Absolutely not~
The bike should fit you though. What I mean is can you reach the ground does your feet touch all the way to the ground and flat not on your tip toes your feet are all the way on the ground.
When you sit on it does it feel to heavy for you or can you manage the weight of the motorcycle ... with someones help try walking the bike around while on it stand up and walk with it .. is the bike to heavy to keep from leaning from one side or the other is the weight something you can flick around or does it feel like your may drop the bike.
I have seen many women, girls, ladies etc on 1000 and 1300cc motorcycles with no problem even little women but they can handle the weight of the bike it does not matter what you weigh it matters if you can control the bike and if it is to heavy for you.
If you can not walk a motorcycle around without feeling like your going to drop the bike it may be to heavy for you not to be rude but it's all upper body strength and manipulating the weight around
Good luck

I know a lady that weighs 98 lbs and rides a GSXR 750. It is ability not weight that matters, if you are too scared you will have a greater chance of crashing. So get some practice, some confidence and have a blast. I wish you the best.

I'm not aware of any laws than govern this. You cannot exceed the weight rating, but you're not obligated to use it all up. Just make sure you're comfortable on it for height and power and go have fun. Take a safety course if you'd like to feel better, you may even get an insurance break from it

Monkies ride motorcycles in the circus, so no, weight doesn't matter except...
If you are lighter than the bike, you have to let the bike do the work (countersteering more) and you cannot use your weight to lean. That's about it, and it becomes an unconcious effort very quickly.

Motorcycles like people come in all shapes and sizes, it's not like buying a car at all. You have to go try them on just like shoes until you find the one that fits you.

Nope. The bigger bikes will be hard for you to muscle around, though. You might try sitting on a used Honda Shadow VLX 600. *shrug*
