i would build it as soon as possible, then when an asteroid comes as big as half the planet, or a nuclear bomb comes i would get in it and launch it into outter space, hang out and chill up there for a while until things COOL down on earth :p

You can build it anytime. You want to launch it at 2217 EST 3 November 2008... weather permitting. The next best launch date would be 0734 EST 27 April 2009.
