Im a junior in college, and so far its been a breeze. It kind of seems like a waste of time, and far from a challenge. Did it pay off for you?

Sure. I have BS in Mechanical Engineering. Even though I got nearly 800 in SAT and SAT II math without much trouble, the courses were much harder than I expected. Spending 20 hours a week to do homework for one class is not my idea of fun. Yet, I do make decent living as my salary alone is higher than national average household income.

If you are going for liberal arts degree, I think you are out of luck there. Most of people with liberal arts degrees often have very low-paying first jobs. They often have to work their way up if they want to have any significant income. Good Luck.
