This story has been very hug over the past few days. Reporters however found out that O.J. Simpson has been granted a bail of 125,000 dollars. Do you believe that this is fair, even though he was charged with 10 felonies?! If you can support your answer the best, you will receive 1000 for best answer chosen by me.

His attorneys posted OJ's bail - OJ has no money; he's been mooching for the past 12 years from anybody - which was why he moved to Florida where the laws protect houses from garnishment.

Maybe a higher bail and a GPS tracking device would have helped in reassuring the court that OJ would return for all court hearings and such. A $250,000 or $500,000 bail would have sent OJ a stronger message but he may very well go out with a bang like crashing a Lexus SUV through Pro Player Park....

If you ask me he should've served prison time for killing his wife. Is anyone else creeped out by the fact that his current girlfriend is also white and blond just like Nicole?

He has shown in the past that he is a flight risk (Bronco chase) so they should not have let him have bail.

No that is pocket change for him. I think they should take this and get revenge on him for his confession book.
