I thought South OBT was anything on OBT south of approximately Colonial and anything on OBT North of Colonial was North OBT?

If you head South on S. OBT, how do you run into North OBT in the Kissimmee area???

Because you crossed county lines so the name can change.
We are not logical in our street naming and it can be very confusing to many people.

US Rt 441 From Mt. Dora in Lake County to Kissimmee in Osceola County is the Orange Blossom Trail. Each city it runs through typically divides street addresses as north or south of some 'center line', ususally the main east-west street of the city.
In Orange County (Orlando) the dividing line is Central Blvd (a few blocks South of Colonial Drive)
In Osceola County (Kissimmee) the dividing line is Emmet St. All of OBT in Osceola County is north of Emmet so in Osceola County it's all North Orange Blossom Trail. In Orange count OBT north of Central is North OBT, south of Central is South OBT

Because once you cross over from Orange County to Osceola County (where Kissimmee is), you'd be on the northern half of OBT in Osceola.
