i'm just wondering whether they allow you to wear a longer undershirt or make you cover up with a bandage...

Yes, you can a wear a long shirt to cover them up. Like most large places these days, there are rules against tattoos and facial piercings. It depends on the store on how much they enforce them.

I wasn't aware that they make their staff hide their tatoos. I've seen people with facial piercings working there, so if they allow that, they should allow piercings.

And if you have any more questions on the subject, you should ask one of their employees, or if you're applying for a job there, ask the interviewer.

sometimes you can, but are you always going to want to wear long sleeves?, and no you can't wear facial piercings at Petsmart, I know the director in the vet clinic and his receptionist thought she would be sneaky and wear hers on the weekend, well she screwed up a clients appt. and they called and identified her as "the girl with the thing in her nose" LOL BUSTED
