Depends what kind of match...
If it was a hardcore match: Mankind.
In a regular wrestling match: Abyss.

that would be an Akward match, but it all depends, if it occurs in WWE they would obviously have Mankind win same with Abyss and TNA. But if Venue did not matter it would depend on the type of match, i think the writers would have Abyss win in a Cage and Singles, but any other thing involving no DQ i believe they would have Mankind to win.
