I am wondering if someone with a medical background could answer this. I just heard a story about someone who was shocked by an 8000 volt power line while putting up an antenna in a light drizzle. He claims he was bleeding from his eyes, ears and nose and from capillaries in his chest. He also says his shoes were blown off his feet.
I am skeptical about his story though and wanted to see if this guy is lying or if all that really can happen.
