Yes, indeed, as I am a believer in some form of forward motion to stay awake and doing something in this life, any partial change is more often better than not. We just have to pay attention to where we head in our forward motion.

Ironically, many people who are unhappy resist change. If one is unhappy and one wants to be happy change has to occur.

The resistance to change is then the resistance to happiness.

Of course, if one believes the outcome would be worse, the resistance will be even greater.

for better is a subjective judgment about the change
