my avatar wont change, try changing it ( again) and i can not get it to change help

Yahoo is experiencing trouble..every since they changed the system ..

Some of my other friends are complaining about this too. I don't know why it won't change. Sometimes the change happens in one area but not in another. It's pretty weird.
